The project will build long life cooperation along the Croatian - Hungarian border line of the river Mura, between the local authorities, schools and nongovernmental organisations. Aim of the project is to research and brush up traditional land use methods on the borderline of the river, establish Information Centre and prepare teaching material for forming the approach of the local residents, assemble teaching aid and interactive homepage for ethnography, land use and nature knowledge for improving the local possibilities and for saving the biodiversity.
The life of the local inhabitants was ones closely related to the river. The land use that time– regarding the land and biotopes - showed high diversity.
